RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MarquisAli, every garment is created with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. Many of our pieces are made-to-order, customized, or produced in limited quantities. Because of the specialized nature of our work, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
Couture, Custom, and Made-to-Order Pieces
All couture, bespoke, custom-designed, altered, personalized, or made-to-order garments are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Once production has begun, deposits and payments become non-refundable, as materials, labor, and design resources are immediately allocated to the creation of your piece.
Ready-to-Wear Collections
Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unused, and unaltered.
- All original tags remain attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- No signs of wear, fragrance, damage, or modification are present.
Returned merchandise that does not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. Requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
For clients seeking sizing adjustments, we encourage contacting our team before requesting an exchange, as alteration services may be available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Supporting photographs and order information may be required for review.
Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at the sole discretion of MarquisAli.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
After this period, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven to fourteen (7–14) business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.
