At MarquisAli, every garment is crafted with intention, precision, and care. Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or made specifically for each client. As a result, shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the order.


By placing an order with MarquisAli, you acknowledge and agree to the following Shipping Policy.



Processing Times


Ready-to-Wear Collections


In-stock ready-to-wear items are typically processed within 3–7 business days following order confirmation.


Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Made-to-Order & Couture Pieces


Made-to-order, bespoke, couture, and custom garments require dedicated production time before shipment.


Production timelines vary depending on design complexity, fabric sourcing, fittings, and craftsmanship requirements.


Estimated completion dates will be communicated during the ordering process. These estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.



Shipping Methods


MarquisAli ships through reputable domestic and international carriers selected to provide reliable and secure delivery.


Available shipping methods and rates will be presented during checkout.


For select couture, bespoke, or high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.



Luxury Packaging


Every MarquisAli garment is prepared with care and presented in packaging designed to reflect the quality and artistry of the brand.


Packaging styles may evolve over time and may vary by collection, garment type, or special release.



Domestic Shipping


Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2–10 business days after shipment, depending on the selected service and destination.


Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.



International Shipping


MarquisAli proudly serves clients worldwide.


International delivery times vary by country, customs processing, and carrier operations.


Customers are responsible for any applicable:


  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Value-added taxes (VAT)
  • Brokerage fees
  • Government-imposed charges


These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.



Tracking Information


When available, tracking information will be provided via email once an order has been shipped.


Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within carrier systems.



Delivery Delays


While MarquisAli strives to meet all estimated timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.


Delays may occur due to:


  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Events beyond our reasonable control


MarquisAli shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or governmental agencies.



Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim a package, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


MarquisAli is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses supplied incorrectly by the customer.



Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.


If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, MarquisAli will make reasonable efforts to assist in filing claims with the carrier; however, outcomes are subject to carrier investigation and approval.


Clients must notify MarquisAli within 48 hours of any delivery issue.



Signature Confirmation


For select luxury, couture, bespoke, or high-value orders, MarquisAli may require signature confirmation upon delivery.


A completed signature shall serve as proof of delivery.



Force Majeure


MarquisAli shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or technological failures.
