By commissioning a custom piece, you acknowledge that:

  • Production timelines are estimates.
  • Measurements supplied by the client must be accurate.
  • Deposits and payments are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Minor variations between sketches, digital renderings, fabric swatches, and final garments are considered a natural result of handcrafted production and do not constitute defects.


5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

MarquisAli reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Full payment or approved deposits may be required before production begins.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in cancellation of services, delayed production, or withholding of product delivery.


6. Intellectual Property

All MarquisAli designs, logos, branding, images, photography, videos, written content, patterns, sketches, concepts, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of MarquisAli unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The purchase of a garment does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.


7. Styling and Creative Consultation Services

Recommendations provided through styling, consulting, or creative services are based upon professional judgment and client-provided information.

Results may vary based on individual circumstances, preferences, implementation, and external factors.

MarquisAli does not guarantee specific financial, professional, social, or personal outcomes resulting from styling or consultation services.


8. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to decline service, terminate projects, or cancel orders when client behavior includes:

  • Harassment or abusive conduct
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Misrepresentation of information
  • Requests that violate applicable law

Mutual respect is essential to maintaining the quality of the MarquisAli experience.


9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

MarquisAli is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarquisAli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
